How long should I expect to wait for a customer service rep to respond to a help ticket? My first ticket seemed to simply disappear (when I'd go to the link that Adoramapix emailed me for it, I'd get a page that said, "Oops, the page that you are looking for doesn't exist."
I called Adoramapix and the customer support person told me to submit another ticket online (so that I can include photos of the problem). I did that a couple of days ago, but there has been no action taken since.
