Meet Susan Stripling | Wedding Photographer

Nestled in the heart of Brooklyn, is a dynamic powerhouse of a photographer whose unbridled passion for her artistic take wedding photography is carving a path for other photographers to follow her lead, meet Susan Stripling.

Susan has been photographing weddings, portraits, and theatre for more than 20 years. She’s won multiple awards at the WPPI 16×20 print competition including the Grand Award in Wedding Photojournalism and the Grand Award in Weddings, and she holds the prestigious Triple Master Status. She is a passionate educator for Photo Plus, WPPI (Wedding & Portrait Photographers International), and PPA (Professional Photographers of America).

This year we were inspired by Susan and teamed up with her at WPPI to showcase some of her favorite Printique products at her platform class Incorporating AI into Your Wedding Photography Life. Large Leather Layflat Wedding Album

Susan’s photography style is modern with dramatic lighting. One of Susan’s favorite print products that showcases her work the most beautifully is the 12×15 Metallic Leather Layflat Wedding Album. Her images span 30 inches across the album. With no gutter, her images are able to be impactful. She uses a minimalist design letting the images tell the story and with emotion. She keeps a simple debossing on the cover, chose square corners and no edge gilding so it would not conflict with the metallic of the leather. The sheen on the cover is quite subtle, and lends itself well to Susan’s style of photography.

Acrylic Blocks
