I ordered a book to give my daughter for Christmas this year on December 11. When the package arrived, it was an empty box. Someone had clearly failed to tape one end of the box shut. The flap opened up at some point during shipment and the book fell out.
I notified AdoramaPix immediately via email and followed up with phone calls as soon as they were open for business. No one was willing to expedite the process in order to rectify the mistake made by whoever packed my daughter's book for shipment. The latest tracking info shows the replacement book arriving December 27. Really, really disappointing.
I have been a regular Adorama customer since 2004. When they went into the printing business, I was quick to try them out. Whenever a problem had surfaced in the past, they had always been willing to do whatever was necessary to correct it.
Not this time.
What has changed at Adorama? Why are my needs as a customer no longer a priority?
