Instructions for Uploading a PDF for a photo album?

Hello,

I am about to upload a multi-page PDF for printing a wedding album however I would have loved to see anywhere on the site a description on how to prep the file. Specifically how to handle the first and last pages since the only template is the spread size. I imagine I need to put the first and last pages together as a spread however it does not tell me to do that nor if it needs to go first or last in the PDF. 

Now that I think of it, it doesn't actually say you accept multi-page PDFs... this should be enlightening when I try this. 

Did I just miss a link or page?

  This is a question I'd like answered as well, since Lightroom creates these pdf files.

  Yes, I too have a book produced in InDesign. I can get it to PDF.

  Uploading a PDF is done at the launch page for making a photo book. The option is visible in the bottom right (red arrow) beneath the two main options for which editor you want to use (see below)
