If you're working on a photo project like a photo book or a calendar, we encourage you to preview your work before ordering to ensure everything is as it should be. however, sometimes customers get concerned because the images they see in their preview don't look very sharp and they wonder if their books will look the same way.
Please understand that the previews in the online editing tools are deliberately low resolution for performance reasons. Also, a typical computer monitor is only capable of displaying 72 pixels per inch, while our books are printed at 300 pixels per inch. So, rest assured, if the images you uploaded to us are sharp, and you didn't stretch them to mammoth proportions in your project, then they will be sharp in print.
If you would like to check the quality of your photo in our PixPublisher editor, you can do so using the Properties Panel in the editor.
