I was really impressed with the albums Adoramapix did for the cost, but maybe there IS a real cost.
I need to return 3 albums as spreads were missing, and I got an email from customer service with a return number code and address to mail the albums. The albums were packed up with the return order number August 25th to the address they gave me, and in the meantime I re-ordered the books for my client so they won't have to wait any more time. I have asked Adorama why my $276 was not credit to my card in 2 emails with no response, and today when I called I was told that a manager would call me back within 5 minutes (Morty?) No call, no email acknowledgement. My 10x10" album pages are warping after 3 weeks. I'm now in dispute with my credit card company. Maybe this posting will wake them up to respond? I hope so.

Hi Melissa. Unfortunately your post was made the day before everyone left for the holidays and probably wasn't seen. I forwarded it on to the head of customer service. I expect that someone will respond to you soon after they get back to work on the 3rd of October.
