Yes! We do now offer International shipping for $14.95 per order. Additional books add $3 to the cost per book. Delivery time is approximately 10 days. I believe we deliver to anywhere (except Cuba).

Do you consider Canada international?  Cause it's really not a big deal to ship to Canada.  I really would like to try out your books but I do live in Canada.

I've ordered 3 photobooks so far (I'm in Toronto, Ontario), so they DO ship to Canada.  Not sure about the other offerings though.

Please update this FAQ...

I've received a reply from you guys when I asked the same question about the UK, you responded that you DO ship internationally...

You potentially could lose a lot of custom from not updating this....

If the other posts are correct, can you confirm if you post to Australia?

Just as a word of warning to other international customers , they tried to deliver my photobook today but wouldn't release it without paying a £34.00 customs charge. (I'm in the UK)

I don't understand how I've had dozens of books from Mypub**sher and never had to pay customs charges before, yet my first book from Adoramapix and it's just basically upped the price by a third again. And it's taken more than twice as long in printing and delivering. I must admit, I'm not too sure if I'll be using them again..  (unless I'm blown away by the quality, we'll see tomorrow!)

according to Photoshelter, you DO ship internationally.

So who is correct? About to allocate vendor for my Photoshelter account, but if the information at Photoshelter is incorrect, I'll be looking elsewhere.

I must apologise.

I AM blown away by the quality. It's a league above what I'm used to, so it's futile to compare to other publishers. It's just a different system, a class above, simple as that. I was comparing when I shouldn't have been, and for that I apologise!

If Adoramapix introduce (1) leather covers, (2) specific page number choice, and (3) better turnaround time coupled with no VAT duty to pay on importing, then I don't think I'd ever offer mypublisher as a service again! But for the flexibility and cost difference I'll still be offering them, but as an inferior product.

Regarding the charges I faced, I noticed that it wasn't customs duty, (as photobooks are exempt) but rather import VAT (20%) and a handling charge (£8.00) from the carrier.. I SUSPECT that our government is so desperate to claw back escaping revenue that maybe they're just tightening up on customs charges, in which case Mypublisher will suffer the same too..

Ultimately, I'm VERY impressed with the final product. You pay more but you get much better quality. 'Nuff said!

Thank you Jason. Please note we are working on leather covers and specific page choice and you will likely see those both of those in the next few months. The VAT we can't help you with - you may have to take that one up with your local MP :)

Regards,
AL

The shipping you mentioned to Mexico is only by regular U.S. Postal Service. What happens here in Mexico is not the responsibility of that service, so I would like to know how I can pay extra to have the order shipped via DHL, which will guarantee delivery...it's the only method I use for shipping across the border...please tell me if I can pay on this end (in Mexico) and have it shipped that way.

Thanks!

Hi Joseph. International shipping is something we only started to offer very recently. There aren't currently other options for international shipping, but that is something we're looking into. I'll pass on your recommendation for DHL.

Hi Al, i understand your international shipping is very recent..so I'm just wondering if you ship to the Philippines? I've gotten a lot of raves about your company and would love to order lots and lots of photobooks already...thanks for taking the time to answer. :)

This is me again from Mexico, I'd love an update on processing deliveries here via DHL...the local postal service offers no guarantee so sending regular mail is not an option. If it's not possible, I understand...I will request friends who live in NY to stop by to pick it up and ship it to me...but I still think that Adorama might set up international deliveries with a guaranteed method.

Hi Joseph. We haven't yet refined our international shipping to utilize multiple shipping methods, but I'm sure that will come in time.

Can you please confirm how much it costs to ship to Canada?  And can you ship to a PO Box in Canada? I too heard about you through Steph from the Daily Digi.

Thanks,

Val Irwin

I guess the shipments to Canada are pretty easy and cheap, but shipping to Europe etc might get problematic with customs etc.

We've had a few European customers complain about the VAT but it seems to be random whether they're charged it or not. I suppose it boils down to whether the customs officer that checks your package is in a good mood that day!

Hello, I am making a new purchase at Adorama.com. Can I add the free photobook I received out of the previous order to ONE AND ONLY ONE international shipping to minimize cost?
