Hi guys!

Here's a chance for you to submit photos to be critiqued in the Adorama Learning Center's popular feature, ZAP Critiques! Better yet, if your image is chosen to be critiqued, you get a free photo book from US! Lots of you have been wanting to try a free book, and lots of you have also expressed wanting to have images critiqued. Here's a chance to do both! Follow this link and check it out! http://www.adorama.com/alc/article/PhotoZAP-AdoramaPIX-Summer-2010-Fling

John did you intend for this to be submitted for a ZAP critique? If so, please visit the link above.

I would have preferred the horeses be in sharper focus, other than that it's a verry good picture. I like the composition most of all

I am very sorry but this doesn´t work at all for me. The perspective looks wrong, the partial branch hanging down is distracting, the horses are out of focus and one is only barely visible and the sky is a bland gray. Really sorry to sound harsh but critique should make people think hard about how best to take future photos in order to improve.

Agreed with Christine. Too many different points of distraction so the whole idea is getting blurred and lost.

Are you really allowing spam to be here? If so, this forum will be blocked by search engines soon. Don't think this is a good idea.

Every forum should have a moderator to clean up. Or at least put a captcha-based input to minimize spam.

No, we don't allow the spam to stay. We get these several times a day and they are typically gone before the next day when they (or new ones) are back again. :)

Much better now, I started to worry :-)

Add a captcha to your comment submit form, that will help you a lot.
