You can lock in lower prices for your prints by paying for a passel of prints now. Here’s how to get in on this great deal.

First, you need to be logged in to your account (can’t use Quick Order on this one, but don’t worry, it’s still a pretty fast transaction). From your Home page, click on the blue “Manage” button in the Dashboard tray on the right side of your window, then click on the green Prepaid Prints tab in the bar at the top of the screen.

The first section at the top shows the prepaid prints already credited to your account, what size prepaid prints you have, the total amount that was originally purchased, how many remain available and in which jobs you used the prints.

To order more prints, click on the “Add more” link. Choose your finish, print size and quantity from the drop down menus. Your total for that size will appear next to the orange “Add to Cart” button. Want to add additional prints in more sizes? Click the “Add more” link and repeat the process until you have all the prints you want in your cart. Continue the check out process; your credit will appear on the Order Summary page next to the appropriate size print, simply check the box to have the available credits subtracted from your order. 

*The return policiy for prepaid prints is as follows: If you haven't redeemed any of the prints, we can issue a refund. If you've used even one print, no matter how many you've ordered, we are unable to refund anything from that batch of prepaids. Prepaids are considered a "special promotion" and so cannot be combined with any other promotions or specials such as free shipping. To claim a refund on unused prepaid prints send an email to orders@adoramapix.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason you would like the refund.

Cash in!

To redeem your prepaid prints, upload your images or choose from your albums. Set up the job and proceed through the order process until you get to the “Order Summary” page. At the top of the right column on that page you’ll see a small checkbox indicating you will use the appropriate prepaids available for this order. Check the box to add the job to your cart and continue to checkout or create a new job to use more of your prepaids in a different size or paper type.
