Stickers are graphic objects you can use to spice up your project pages. When used properly, stickers are an extremely powerful tool that will allow you to create a wide variety of stunning effects. The following list gives you some ideas as to the ways stickers can be used:

• Clipart. These are just little pictures that you can use as embellishments, like a flower on the corner of a photo. They can be hand drawn or photo-realistic. In the example below a photo-realistic daisy covers the bottom corner and hand-drawn embellishment frames the upper corner.
  
• Backgrounds. All of our backgrounds have been reproduced as stickers. This allows you to create layered backgrounds, or backgrounds that only cover part of a page, or are at an odd angle. In the example below a black velvet background was partially covered with a sticker-background of blue and white stripes. White sticker trim was used to cover the seam.
  
• Overlays. Some sort of pattern or graphic set on a transparent background. This allows you to create your own custom backgrounds by changing the color of the pattern and putting it over whatever backdrop you want. In the example below a sunburst overlay and a grunge overlay were put over a blue gradient 'sky' and layered with city skylines.
  
• Masks. Solid colored squares with holes cut out of them in a variety of shapes. These can be used to create uniquely shaped frames for your photos. In the example below a heart-shaped mask was placed over a photo.
  
• Widgets. Small graphical objects intended to produce an effect. For example, a strip that looks like torn paper. You can place it along the seam between two background stickers to make it look like the top one has a torn edge.
