Credits are like cash that can only be spent on AdoramaPix products. You can get credits in a number of ways – contests, refunds, etc.

To see how many credits you have just click on your name at the upper right of the screen. This will open the account window. There will be a row of blue buttons to the right of your account screen. Click on the button marked Prepaids/Credits to see how many credits you currently have in your account.

To redeem credits just go through the order process as usual. When you get to the payment screen, check the box marked “Pay for this Order from Balance”. This will apply any credits in your account to the order.
