Errors and Warnings

Whenever you click on the ORDER button, our PixBuilder tool will quickly scan through your book and look for anything you may have missed. If any potential problems are found, you will be provided with a list of them as well as the pages on which they occurred. There are two types of problems that can be brought to your attention – errors and warnings.

Warnings: Don’t panic if warnings come up. Some warnings are just us being thorough to make sure you didn’t accidentally miss something. An example of a warning is “Book has empty photo frames”. This is simply telling you that you didn’t drop photos into every available placeholder, and what pages the empty placeholders can be found on. If you left them empty on purpose, then ignore the warning. If not, then fix the problem by adding some photos and move on.

Errors: Errors aren’t usually a cause for worry either, but you do have to fix them before you can move on. An example of an error would be if you had no photos at all in your photo book.

Warnings such as an empty photo placeholder should be investigated just to make sure it’s what you intended. Once any errors have been addressed and you’re sure that any warnings aren’t a concern, just click order again to skip to the summary page.

how serious is the warning that the pic is too big for the resolution?  it looks good on the screen.  is it worth the risk to just ignore the warning?
