When we create your print products at AdoramaPix our emphasis is on superior quality at a great price. Our products are hand crafted and inspected by our expert staff. This level of care and attention to detail takes time, so we will require 7-10 business days from when you place your order before your product before it will ship out. Actual shipping times must then be added – depending on the form of shipping you pay for.

Actual Delivery time = 7 to 10 business days (processing) + 1 to 5 days (shipping time)

Please note: The current in -lab processing time for Photo Books in now Two weeks.

I love using your photo book program.  There are so many features and ways with which I can make my books look extremely professional or simply casual.  The quality and durability of your books at A++.  I have used other programs from other companies and none can compare.  I appreciate your dedication to quality and excellence.

The customer service is just aweful! The first time I've called the lady told me it would take 5 business days to process my order. It's been 8 and it's a Birthday Gift, and the order is still  not done. I've called the customer service and they have promised to have the manager call me later and they never did. I called back again and they hung up on me. I called again, and they told me they can't help me till the next day. I guess instead of a 30th birthday surprise, I'm going to a party with empty hands... That much for paying over a $100 for a picture book...

Hi Maria. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I spoke to customer support and they indicated that someone had spoken to you personally yesterday and the issue appeared to have been resolved to your satisfaction. Please let me know if that isn't the case.
