Unfortunately, high order volumes and the automated nature of our production process does not allow us to accommodate requests to cancel or change orders after they have been placed. For this reason we request that you please preview your order carefully before final submission.

hello i ordered 2 photo books on accident and i only wanted 1 can i cancel one if yes how do i do it
Your best chance would be to try and phone customer support immediately and explain your dilemma. Do this asap, if it has already gone into production it is unlikely they can change your order.

If you contact customer support quickly while the order is still pending, they should be able to cancel it and you can re-enter the order. If it has already started to be processed, then unfortunately you can't change the order.
