A number of professionals have asked for an option whereby they can let their customers preview a photo book without having to let them know it was sourced from AdoramaPix. There is now an easy way to do this. You can embed a book preview into your website or blog. Be sure to disable the options that show our logo, as well as the link to view the full-sized preview (since that preview is shown in our UI). Customers will be able to flip through the sample on your site and be blissfully unaware of where it came from. Provided below is an example of an embedded book with logo and link disabled.
Our help files contain detailed instructions on how to embed a photo book into a web page.
P.S. we will soon be offering embedded books in a larger display sizes to improve the quality for proofing purposes.

Sounds like a brilliant idea but the client preview, even at the largest size of 600px, is simply too small to impress any client. Because of its really small size, it would be nearly impossible for a potential customer to appreciate the sharp photos and design. It actually makes the high quality books provided by Adorama appear like those offered at a local pharmacy printer. This feature needs to include a much larger preview for it to be useful.
We are in fact working on higher resolution options for the embedding.
Hi Al, wouldn't be so much easier to be able to save preview as PDF file like lightroom and Iphoto do.so we can email previews to clint and for proofing. Please, u r pro books, u have to give this options to us!cheers.Andy
I just created a "sub domain" that redirects to my adorama book.
I just send them to their private sub domain that publicly hides all the adorama info.
Example: http://portfolio.danspencerphoto.com/
Works great, full size, clients love it, no issues. :)
Hi Dan. How do you create a "sub domain" that redirects to the adorama book?
Thanks
Hi Joe,
I use GoDaddy.com as my domain host. (I believe you MAY also use a free Domain ReDirect service like "co.cc" or the like.)
Through your domain server, you set up a "SUB-DOMAIN" with stealth or blocking.
(this hides the info of the page you are directing your sub domain to--the adoramapix book preview with all the Adorama logos turned off.)
In my domain server, I add my own page info for the redirect so your browser shows MY info and not Adoramas.
If someone pulled the html of my page, then it will show AdoramaPix but the "average" person doesn't go through all that.
I hope this helps.
