Please give us a way to turn off automatic email updates to forum postings. I don't want my email box flooded with updates. The option to turn off forum updates is generally a standard on other forums I belong to.

Hi Victor. Someone would need to share their book first and provide you with the link. For details on how to do this, check out our help file on sharing.

Hi, I can't seem to find what kind of payment options you offer. I assume credit cards, but do you accept paypal or debit cards?

Hi Laurie. You can find the types of payments supported in the payments section of our solutions library. The way to get instant answers to questions like these is to type a keyword in the search box in the upper right corner of the forums. For instance if you type "payment" into the search box you get the message I provided the link to.

This website sucks: I ordered my book over a month ago and still have not received it, I posted a question 18 days ago and it still hasn't been answered, every time I call I can never get through, and they sent me a FAKE EMAIL saying they shipped my order but they just changed the date and sent it out with an old UPS tracking code.

Hi Nicolle. Unfortunately your order seems to have been placed just before the Passover holiday during which the company was closed. This probably resulted in the lengthy time between when you placed your order and its arrival. This happens once a year and is not the norm. We tried to let everyone know about the holiday well in advance, but you may have missed the notices. Sorry about that.

With regards to the question you posted, I just went through the last three weeks of postings and wasn't able to find it. Could you point it out for me please - I'd be happy to answer it.

Your difficulties contacting customer support may be a result of the post holiday backlog. Since the company was closed for a week and a half, call volumes in the first days after the holiday were a little higher than normal. Things are starting to wind down now so if you try again this week you should have better luck getting through. Hopefully one of the support staff can help you resolve your shipping questions.

Hi Dan. I don't have a D700 but I've enlarged photos from my 12MP 5D to that size with good results. Just make sure your camera is set tot he highest resolution and highest quality setting, and that you don't heavily crop the image. There is a tip posted at the bottom of this post that describes the process for enlarging images in Photoshop.

Dan. You'll find the manual for the D700 by clicking here and the information you're looking for is on Pages 58-70.

AL

Thanks Al----I could not download the manual as it sends me to PSE9 and ask for some sort of PDF password etc etc-----I do have the regular D-700 manual and I checked it out-----as usually I am, I didn't look at it completely----looks like those pages will help.the only EXACT thing any of says that says "max resolution" has to do with the "image size" selection.............I have to play with it------thanks again----Dan

If you're talking about a standard print, then I would make a copy of the original photo and bake the signature into the copy. Make your default signature (or company name/copyright, etc.) as a transparent PNG to make it easy to re-use. Anytime you have a photo you want to watermark, just cut-paste it over the bottom corner of your photo. If you're referring to a headshot in a photo book, just drag a text caption onto the page and type what you want.

This service is really bad. I order a book and it says that estimate arrival is August 29th, 2011. ON August 29th, I get an e-mail saying the book is just sent out and will arrive September 2nd????

That is almost 1 week later than agreed upon. I understand about estimate but 1 week is really BAD BAD BAD estimation.
